Personal goal
My goal is to be a better runner and biker I will run on Monday and Thursday and bike on Tuesday I will have an alarm clock that goes off if I can’t do it because I have something on then I will try and work around it I will do a graph and time how fast I can run.
I think I didn't really achevie this goal because I was slacking of and being to lazy and nt really sticking to my goal I think I should try it again and do it with some friends.
